" This course was the best online professional development course I have ever completed. It was really beneficial. The course is exceptionally well set out, with regular knowledge checks (which helped with accountability) and the specific case study examples made it far easier to apply to client interactions, not just theory based."
Erin, Exercise Physiologist
"It was a fantastic refresher for working with clients living with diabetes, as well as other lifestyle related diseases. The exercise guidelines were great for a wide range of conditions, not just diabetes. I learned the significance of our language and communication with clients, and rephrasing sentences to be more empathetic and not just treat them based on their condition."
Leah, Exercise Physiologist
"I enjoyed the Interactive learning with questions along the way and practical examples. The course provided a clear outline of the different types of diabetes and the complications - appropriate exercise considerations for diabetes and complications to ensure client safety with an important focus on how to communicate with clients positively."
